RULES:
- Move all the cards to the waste pile with the exception of the four Ace cards
- Clicking on the Deck deals 4 cards
- Any top card that is the same suit as another top card, but has a lower value may be moved to the waste pile
- Empty Column can be filled with any top card from another Column
- There is no redeal
